Our coffee is supplied from iconic roasters, Five Senses, who provide us with flawlessly roasted beans from all over the world. Then, here at Three Bags Full we brew the coffee in a variety of ways, with the aim of showcasing the best characteristics of each origin.

Our talented baristas happily offer a range of single origins and seasonal signature blends using our custom made Synesso. If espresso isn't your thing, check out some of our filter coffee, brewed using our Clover and a range of pour over methods.

Food Philosophy

It's simple really.

It all starts with the best produce and ingredients and great recipes.

The recipe 'alchemy' is all about imaginative dishes where the flavours of every ingredient complement each other beautifully.

Design

Designer Nathan is an opportunistic collector/scavenger of industrial chic. There are lots of quirky design elements, like the former ten-pin bowl lane now a four metre long communal table, stools made from 'men at work' recycled road safety signs, hard-to-find light fittings and a host of other eclectic items.

Next Door

Three Bags Full Ltd. is now open!

We have created an alternative dining space next door with the same menu as Three Bags Full. We've also added a few quicker options including healthy fresh salads, baguettes, toasties and soup.

Monday - Friday
9am-5pm (kitchen closes at 3.00pm)
Saturday, Sunday + Public Holidays
9am - 5pm (kitchen closes at 3.30pm)
